• The selected Data Analysts will collaborate closely with the rest of the product development team to provide the relevant information and insights towards ensuring that decisions and initiatives are data driven.

Role Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst at our Company, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decisions and optimize our educational offerings.
• You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, contributing to the development of groundbreaking solutions that have a meaningful impact on learners worldwide.
• This role is based in Abuja, Nigeria,, however, applicants based in Lagos, may be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to uncover actionable insights related to learner engagement, performance, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving our educational content, platform features, and user experience.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different interventions and initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and educational technology, and apply them to enhance our data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the education or Edutech industry.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
