Job Title: Veterinary Technician
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Assign and conduct grooming which includes: bath, ear & anal gland cleaning, nail clipping, fur brushing and hair cut for pets.
- Monitoring of dogs on boarding and admission room.
- Providing assistance to Doctors as required.
- Overseeing de-matting and detangling dogs as required.
- Identify and communicate any pet health issue to the medical department and client.
- Safely and effectively apply and use restraint devices, including muzzles, towels, gloves, and cat bags.
- Ensure prompt cleanliness/maintenance of all working tools at all times.
Job Requirements
- OND / HND graduate in Animal Health or related courses.
- 0 - 2 years work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Must be comfortable with animals.
- Ability to drive is an advantage.
Salary
- N80,000 - N100,000 monthly gross.
- Accomodation is provided.
