We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Account Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of all telecom project accounts.
• Allocation of payments to invoices.
• Ensuring timely invoicing for all deliveries across branches.
• Providing regular reports on project accounts, payment updates, and category reports.
• Creating spreadsheets for routine and non-routine facility invoices.
• Timely submission of all invoices to telecom companies and follow-up on payments.
• Reconciliation and updating of all quotes and SO's on AX.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in account reconciliation and financial data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or accounting.
