Job Summary
As a, Talent Acquisition Specialistyou will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with clients, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and business objectives.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify and engage top talent.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the qualifications and cultural fit of potential candidates.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future client needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with colleagues and cross-functional teams to share best practices, collaborate on client projects, and provide a seamless client experience.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes and practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a consulting firm or agency, with expertise in recruiting across multiple sectors and industries.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
