Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated WoooCommerce Site Administrator to manage our online multi-vendor marketplace platform, powered by the Dokan plugin.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with WordPress, WooCommerce, and other relevant plugins to maintain and optimize our marketplace for sellers and service providers.
  • This role involves overseeing product listings, ensuring smooth transactions, managing vendor accounts, and providing technical support as needed

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in managing and administering WordPress-based ecommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with online marketplace trends and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of payment gateways, shipping methods, and tax settings in e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other regulations related to online data privacy and security.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with WordPress and E-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with multi-vendor marketplace plugins and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website customization and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of multi-vendor marketplace concepts and functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with vendors and customers.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
