Job Role
- Demonstrate Communication skills with colleagues, administrators and student/pupils and parents. Be a mentor, facilitator, resource provider, instructional/curriculum specialist & learner.
- Focus on personal and professional development; succeed at the employability & leadership training and the initial professional development programmes.
- Develop into a well-rounded leadership professional within 3-5 years.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor degree in education with a second class lower or National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a reputable university/ college of education in the following mathematics, English language, physics, Chemistry; Biology Agricultural Science, Computer Science, civic Education, Technical Drawing, Government, Commerce, Economics, Geography, Entrepreneurship Development, Early Childhood Education, Adult Education, French, Christian Religious Studies, Islamic Religious Studies, Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa
- A post qualification/professional qualification will be an added advantage
Other Requirements:
- Must not be more than 27 years by December, 2015, candidates with bachelor of education degrees must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme by July 2015.
- Good leadership traits, verbal and written communication and computer skills, must be a team player with good interpersonal skills and have ability to do well in a multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse workplace.
