We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Officer (Intern / Training)
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Ready to pay attention to details
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and career days
Requirements and Skills
- Experience similar junior HR role is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS, and resume databases
- Experience with MS Office, and Excel
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Organizational skills
- OND or NCE qualification
- Candidate must reside around Gbagada, Shomolu, and Bariga.
Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
