Hobark Consultant Management Services (HCMS) - Our client, a Table Water Bottling Factory is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Supervisor / Manager 

Location: Arochukwu, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process of sachet and bottle water, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
• Manage and lead a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to meet production demands.
• Collaborate with suppliers and maintain effective relationships to ensure a consistent supply chain.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of B.A / B.Sc / HND qualification.
• Young, dynamic, numeric, and articulate with at least 5 - 10 yearsexperience as a factory manager in a bottle water industry.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing industry.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
