Job Title: HR/ Admin Manager

Location: Lagos State
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing recruitment and hiring processes
  • Managing employee relations
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Administering employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handling employee grievances
  • Facilitating training and development programs
  • Managing performance appraisal systems
  • Promoting a positive work environment.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as office management, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Supporting the organization's goals by effectively managing its most valuable asset- its people - and ensuring smooth operations through efficient administrative processes.

Requirements

  • BSc/HND and Professional Qualification
  • 5 Years’ experience in Administrative and Human Resources Roles
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience As HR Generalist.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
