Job Title: OT Incharge

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Operating Theatre, including staff management, scheduling, and coordination of surgical procedures.
• Ensure that the operating rooms are adequately prepared for. surgeries, with all necessary equipment and supplies.
• Implement and monitor adherence to operating room policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize surgical workflows and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Healthcare-related field, with a current RN license.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operating room setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile processing, and operating room management.
