Emergency Response Africa (COVER by ERA) offers an essential emergency services plan designed for people residing or working in the Ajah – Sangotedo / Epe pilot area. This plan provides medical emergency coverage to safeguard individuals and their families against unforeseen health crises. The coverage isn't merely a safety net but a robust frontline support system in the event of accidents, heart attacks, strokes, and other sudden medical emergencies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Emergency Response Africa (ERA) Agent

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• As an ERA Agent, you will be at the forefront of our direct sales effort, helping to grow our membership base through proactive engagement and recruitment within the community.
• Your role is pivotal in achieving our ambitious sign-up and revenue targets, ensuring that more people have access to affordable and reliable emergency care.
• Direct sales and marketing of the COVER by ERA plan to potential customers within the pilot area.
• Distribution of flyers, facilitating QR code sign-ups, and collecting cash payments.
• Engaging with community leaders, estate associations, pharmacies, schools, supermarkets, markets, and other potential partners or distribution channels.
• Reporting sales progress, market feedback, and potential opportunities to the project lead and marketing support team.
• Attending training sessions and meetings as required to fully understand the product and stay updated on any changes.

Requirements

• Must own a smartphone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous marketing and sales experience.
• Reside or work within the pilot area (Ajah - Sangotedo/Epe).
• A commitment to attend all required training and meetings.

Benefits

• Monthly transport allowance: N10,000.
• Monthly data allowance: N3,000.
• Commission: N200 on every sale.
