Ascent Resources - Our Client, a leading Food and Beverage company is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type:Full-time

Responsiblities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the food & beverage department.
• Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the customers in the bars, dining rooms, restaurants, and all other food & beverage outlets by F&B employees. Ensuring the quality of services under the company standards.
• Ensures that all the F&B areas are well organized, and have the tools to execute their duties and maintain their areas and equipment.
• Ensures that the highest level of food hygiene is maintained throughout all food and beverage areas.
• Responsible for the overall implementation, and execution of all F&B policies and procedures about employees, work manuals, sanitation requirements, costs, quality, menus, and others as required.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, and manpower
• Leads, motivates and develops their team in line with the Company Values to maximize employee engagement.
• Ensure all stock controls are strictly adhered to
• Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce cost
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
• Prepare weekly work schedules for all shifts, and properly assign work for efficient use of equipment and personnel
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or other related field
• Minimum of 7 - 10 years of work experience in the same industry
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
