Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing strategy
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Managing the sales team to meet department goals and target
• Prepare and execute the annual marketing plan
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Provide promotions, campaigns, and sponsorship for all business units
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Social media and content management
• Public Relations services

Requirements

• At least 5-10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position.
• A good first degree in a Hospitality and Marketing related field.
