Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior/executive role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
