Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time / On-site

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, while prioritizing conflicting demands and ensuring timely reminders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including screening calls, managing emails, and drafting correspondence.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings attended by the CEO, and ensure follow-up actions are documented and completed.
  • Maintain and organize important documents, contracts, and confidential files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
  • Assist the CEO in overseeing various projects and initiatives, including tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and liaising with team members to ensure objectives are met.
  • Plan and execute special events and client meetings, including coordinating logistics, guest lists, and catering arrangements.
  • Conduct research where necessary, to provide the CEO with relevant information for strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in managing expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal team members, clients, retail partners, and other stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the CEO and various parties.
  • Provide additional support and assistance to the CEO as needed, including personal tasks and errands.
  • Update on tasks given.

Employee Benefits

  • A fixed monthly NET income of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000)
  • Access to an Official Phone. A telephone allowance of N5,000 will be given monthly.
  • Access to a maximum of 10 leave days each working year with clearance from the Management upon completion of 12 months of full-time employment.
  • Loan application upon the completion of 12 months of full-time employment.
  • The working hours are 10.00am - 6.00pm (Monday - Friday).
