We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Head, IT & Project

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct, integrate, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) throughout the organization.
  • Drive top-line growth through the development of innovative IT solutions thereby delivering competitive advantage to the organization.
  • Identify business problem and apply the appropriate technology to solve it.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
  • Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
  • Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems.
  • Ensure that software integration into the company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance and interface specifications.
  • Coordinate all operational activities including integration of systems and roll out, enhance helpdesk system based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
  • Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure.
  • Implements network security for the organization.
  • Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Oversees the administration of the company's LAN/WAN Network.
  • Oversees administration and support of Cisco Call Manager and IP Phones.
  • Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer Systems
  • Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
  • Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems.
  • Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain client relationships and manage the purchase of hardware and software products.
  • Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies.
  • Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
  • Complies with and help to enforce standard Extensity policies and procedures
