Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, integrate, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) throughout the organization.
- Drive top-line growth through the development of innovative IT solutions thereby delivering competitive advantage to the organization.
- Identify business problem and apply the appropriate technology to solve it.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
- Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
- Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems.
- Ensure that software integration into the company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance and interface specifications.
- Coordinate all operational activities including integration of systems and roll out, enhance helpdesk system based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure.
- Implements network security for the organization.
- Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.
- Oversees the administration of the company's LAN/WAN Network.
- Oversees administration and support of Cisco Call Manager and IP Phones.
- Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer Systems
- Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
- Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems.
- Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain client relationships and manage the purchase of hardware and software products.
- Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies.
- Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
- Complies with and help to enforce standard Extensity policies and procedures
