We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor (FMCG)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Generate LPOs and sure timely supply and re-stocking
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Generate new leads and customers
- Keen in driving and meeting sales target
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quantity of goods ordered
- Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand
- Supervise and manage customer databases
- Prepare and analyze field reports for sales improvement
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in a sales-focused customer/client facing role with a track record
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Record of top performance
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Renumerations and Benefits
- Salary N80,000 per month.
- Monthly sales incentive N100,000.
- 13th month salary, Annual leave allowance, Pension, and HMO, and other benefits.
