Job Title: Business Manager (Female)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete business administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Oversee business operations (item sourcing, sales, customer service and admin)
- Manage Inventory.
- Website management (sales orders, pricing and items)
- Manage order dispatching.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Be a middle-man between staff and the Managing Director
Requirements
- Proven successful experience as a business manager
- Proven work experience in the Fashion industry
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- B.Sc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience with WordPress is a must
Salary
150,000 - 200,000 per month.
