FunmiStores Nigeria Limited (FSNL) is a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution company incorporated in 2010 that specialize in the sales and promotion of high-quality consumer goods of both small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) and large-scale businesses. FSNL as a thriving company has five (5) branches across Nigeria with her Headquarters in Mushin, Lagos State, Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Install, upgrade and configure network printers, directory structures, user access, security software and file services.
- Oversee the setup of user accounts, permissions, passwords, and allocation of network resources
- Monitor network usage at outlets and ensure user compliance with approved guidelines
- Monitor the maintenance and update of the configuration management system to track configuration management items (i.e., hardware, software, and network)
- Providing technical support across the company outlets
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Repairing, replacing equipment as well as testing new technology
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years experience in the role.
- Good working knowledge of IT networking solution.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages may be beneficial for effective communication.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
