Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Communicate with clients to address any inquiries or concerns regarding their accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1- 2 years experience in managing account
- Proven experience in accounting or finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles.
- CPA certification (preferred).
