Job Title: Female Store Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • The Female Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail store's operations to ensure its efficient functioning and profitability. This role involves managing staff, driving sales, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • The Store Manager must lead by example, motivating and coaching the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly.
  • Train staff on customer service best practices and ensure that they deliver a high standard of service at all times.
  • Maintain a welcoming and well-organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience for customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and maintain good relationships.
  • Oversee the layout and presentation of merchandise to optimize visual appeal and maximize sales.
  • Ensure that displays are well-maintained, clean, and properly stocked.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
