Job Title: Legal Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, regulations, compliance, and litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the management of legal disputes, including coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Assist in developing and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Handle legal administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
- Admission to the Bar (if applicable).
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a legal capacity.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
