Responsibilities
Merchant Acquiring:
- Acquire all kinds of merchants in all sectors
- Nurture and groom merchants to drive productivity
- Reduce churn rate and increase optimization.
- Key accounts merchants' developments
People Management:
- Manage people within your territory
- Create potential for growth and development for reporting staff members.
- Leadership trait
- Maintain cordial and respectful relationships with business partners, merchants and prospective merchants
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in Business Development within PTSP/Fintech or related roles, with a minimum of [2 years] in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- In-depth knowledge of POS services, payment processing, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
