We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT / Website Support Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of networks infrastructures
• Supporting online presence and operations
• Identifying and responding to all website security breaches
• General systems support / network support / website support
• Supporting IT securities, data, storages, and communications systems
• Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
• Upload appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.
• Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.
• Manage website troubleshooting, site updates, plugin updates, server or hosting issues, email creation and troubleshooting, etc.
