Responsibilities

• Hotel maintenance/facility manager should be a well-roundedhelperwho offers preventative maintenance and repairs to all areas of the hotel, including its exterior, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical systems, floors, walls, and furniture. He should have the skillto use a variety of equipment and the ability to work in a physically demanding role that can demand on-call work to handle emergencies. Since this career requires a wide repair and maintenance background with varied duties each day. He should bea good fit fora jack-of-all-trades and like doing different tasks each day on the job.
