Job Title: Ticketing and Reservations Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Ticket booking and issuance
- Calculate ticket expenses and confirm reservation.
- Manage and document bookings.
- Liaise with finance to ensure all payments and outstanding balance are received promptly.
- Provide travel information to clients.
- Create and schedule tours.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years ticketing experience
- Proficiency in Amadeus (essential)
- Proficiency in Sabre and Galileo (non-essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the offline Fashion market
