Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A Master's Degree in a related field would be an added advantage.
• Additional proficiency in UI/UX design, user research, agile, DevOps, and cloud-based software development methods is a plus.

Experience & Attributes:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role with a focus on acquiring business within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading technology teams and delivering acquiring solutions that drive business growth.
• In-depth knowledge of payment processing, acquiring technologies, and industry regulations.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and a commitment to driving innovation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
