Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
- 2 - 4 years of proven experience in sales management, business development, and real estate sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and sales best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Commitment to upholding Cove Real Estate & Construction's values of integrity, professionalism, innovation and confidentiality in matters.
