DNA Learning Solutions - Our client is an indigenous Oil & Gas servicing company based in Lekki 1, Lagos that provides Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation services.

They are recruiting a competent candidate to join their diverse team in the capacity below:

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Oil & Gas)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned accounting operations including payables, receivables, monthly reconciliation.
• Supervise preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
• Supervise documentation and monitoring of internal controls
• Preparation of management accounts ( Profit and Loss Accounts, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statement)
• Checking and reviewing the monthly payroll, contractual staff salaries and the salary slips.
• Supervising of the filing of withholding tax, VAT and PAYE.
• Timely preparation of management accounts and other financial reports
• Maintenance of financial and accounting transactions/records
• Liaising with appropriate regulatory authorities or agencies
• Implementation of new financial systems or maintenance of current procedures.

Requirements

• First Degree in Accounting from a reputable institution
• 7 - 11 years relevant work experience.
• Experience in oil and gas accounting function
• Professional accounting certification (ICAN or ACCA) is required
• Experience in supervisory function
• Good Computer Skills: relevant Accounting Software, Microsoft package.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
