Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods, materials, or passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations.
• The driver will adhere to all traffic laws and company regulations while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate various vehicles, including cars, vans, trucks, or buses, depending on the job requirements.
• Transport goods, materials, or passengers to designated locations following assigned routes and schedules.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, including regular refueling and routine maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and other needs as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate schedules and address any issues or concerns.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or traffic violations to management promptly.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, with a strong understanding of driving laws and regulations.
• Ability to operate various types of vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local roads and routes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items if required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role, such as delivery driver, chauffeur, or commercial driver.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
