• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, inquiry-based learning, and collaborative projects.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of methods, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Mentor and guide students in science and technology-related projects, experiments, and competitions.
