Job Title: Deputy Facilities Manager (Mechanical Operations)
Location: Lagos
Qualification , Experience, Skills and Competencies
- A minimum of HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field from a reputable institution
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in the same capacity in facilities maintenance operations
- Very good knowledge of leading practices in predictive/preventive and corrective maintenance strategies especially as it relates to a school facilities management and maintenance services
- In-depth knowledge of applicable codes and regulations
- Ability to multi-task effectively, good analytical and problem solving skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills
- High integrity and ethical standards
