Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Position Summary

• The Sales and Marketing Officer of Matrix Design and Works will research and develop marketing and sales strategies for the company.
• He/she will be responsible to drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies.
• Maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data and creating performance reports are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
• Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
• Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
• Handling complaints of the clients.
• Negotiating the deals with the clients.
• Taking feedbacks from the clients.
• Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
• Working in collaboration with the Media department.
• Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
• Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
• Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
• Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.

Sales and Marketing Officer Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3 - 4 years relevant work experience.
• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing Officer.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
