Role Description

• This is a full-time role for Sales and Marketing Executives at Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties to prospective buyers.
• You will identify clients' needs, provide them with information about available properties, and guide them through the sales process.
• This position is located in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property sales process
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of digital marketing strategies, and experience in conducting property viewings and negotiations
