Senior Officer - Programme Scheduling (Radio/TV) at the Edo State Broadcasting Service (EBS) - Edo State Public Service

The Edo State Public Service Commission is vested with the responsibilities of treating matters concerning the State Civil Service with respect to Appointments, Promotions, Discipline, Confirmation of Appointments, Transfers, Retirements, Petitions and Other related matters.

The Civil Service Commission carries out its functions and ministerial responsibilities in strict compliance with the provisions of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Edo State Civil Service Commission Law, Public Service Rules, Schemes of Service and other relevant Extant Circulars.

Job Title: Senior Officer - Programme Scheduling (Radio/TV)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong support in the area of scheduling programs
• Provide accurate and reliable statistics
• Collate and analyze data
• Prepare relevant reports to inform decision making
• Design and manage surveys, process and analyze data to enable effective allocation of resources, advocate for change in policy and other decision making elements
• Foster teamwork and meaningfully contribute to teams perfor mance outcomes.
• Any other relevant duty as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• A Degree in Library Management or any of the disciplines of Social Science or Humanities
• A Masters' degree in any of the discipline specified above will be an added advantage.
• NYSC Discharge or Exception Certificate
• At least (6) six years' working experience
• Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, etc.
• Applicants must be 35 years old or younger to be considered for the job.
