Job Title: Facility Coordinator

Job Summary
- As our Facility coordinator, You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair and/or replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems, and hospital equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Prepare preventive maintenance work orders and perform hospital rounds according to schedule to identify and make repairs to systems.
- Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment and appliances using hand tools and testing instruments to supply electrical power for lighting and equipment operation in the hospital.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers and ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities and monitor work done by suppliers and contractors to ensure service rendered meets the agreed quality and specification.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / H.N.D in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years Proven Experience
- Professional certification from Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)or any other relevant professional body is an added advantage.
Salary
N 200,000 - N250,000 / month.
