We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Account Executives to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client partnerships at Prospa Technology Limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through various channels.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact and ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and problem-solving.
  • Solution Selling: Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and opportunities.
  • Account Growth: Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Event Attendance: Attend industry-related events, conferences, and trade shows to represent our company, build relationships, and generate leads.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Account Executive or a related field
  • Industry Experience: Preferably experienced in [Software / Enterprise / B2B] sales, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and build rapport with clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
  • Graduate Degree: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully while maintaining a win-win mindset.
