We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records for the factory operations
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of the factory
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the factory
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making
• Assist in inventory management and control
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• ICAN certification (In view) is required
• 2-7years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
