We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Janitor

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of the apartmentincluding floors, rugs, windows, walls and kitchen.
• Disinfect commonly used items like tables and door handles.
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.
• Maintain outdoor grounds.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment and tools
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms.
• Running errands for guests in the apartment.
• Deep cleaning of the Apartment including hidden corners.
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment.

Job Requirements

• HND / OND / FLSC qualification with at least 2 years experience in a janitorialor similar role.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.
• Ability to lift and move furniture when neccesary.
• Good organization skills.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Must pay attetion to details by tidying up and maintaining a well kept apartment.
• Ability to work with less supervision.
