Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager

Job Summary
The Assistant Finance Manager will provide support to the Finance Manager in overseeing the financial health of the organization. This position is responsible for a variety of accounting and financial tasks, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial processes and procedures.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support financial planning and analysis.
- Assist with budgeting, including creating and monitoring departmental budgets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
- Oversee cash flow management and reconcile bank statements.
- Participate in month-end close procedures and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
- Proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet software (Excel).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
