We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Payroll Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Assist in building Salary band/Grades based on business structure and growth phase
• Process documents and prepare reports relating to compensation, benefits.
• Deal with employee requests regarding salary payment, KPI, Salary Increments, Staff Loans, Statutory deductions, promotions, Bonuses etc.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Absences, Bonus, Leaves, etc.)
• Communicate with public services/ External bodies when necessary
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures and escalateto superiorwhen necesarry
• Accurate report to payroll supervisor on statutory payment and Statutory payment
• Ensure accurate salary payment to all staff at earliest possible as approved by management
• Ensure company compliance to government standard on employee management
• Ensure accuracy of staff/new data base and hire payment process
• Update candidates’ profile in HR system/Database
• Relating with other HR team members for joiners and leavers data germane for documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in Accounting, Human Resources or similar fields
• 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in similar field
• Professional certifications are added advantage.
