We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Coordinator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To ensure servicing and maintenanceof mechanical equipment and systems, electrical fixtures, equipment, floors, doors, windows, walls and other fixtures and fittings.
• Enforce building regulations with staff and visitors.
• Ensure that the planned preventive maintenance schedule is created, maintained and implemented as required
• Enforce terms of maintenance agreement with third party contractors
• Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements
• Maintain adequate levels of janitorial and maintenance supplies
• Submission of weekly reports.
• Maintain water treatment plant and bore hole
• Ensuring the proper maintenance of sewage treatment plant by arranging evacuation of waste scum when due, proper monitoring of the submersible pump as well as blowers to make sure they are in good working condition.
• Ensuring routine maintenance of generator maintenance.
• General supervision of minor and major repairs/ remedial works on site.
• Estate regulations and levies
• Preparation of requisition for site.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
