Job Description

• This role will be responsbile for the people management of the business as well as managing key elements of Business administration
• The key requirement for this role will be the need to manage effectively Human resources while ensureing that key elements of performance are obtained
• Recruit efective staff for the organization
• Assist the managment in ensuring key productivity requiments in the manufacturing plant of the organization.

Key Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 5+ years relevant work experience as an HR manager preferably in manufacturing plant
• Expereince in managing a business operation wll be an added advantage.
