Located in the North West Quadrant of the Lekki Free Zone, Alaro City lies in the growth path of Lagos, one of Africas fastest-growing cities with a population of over 20 million.

Alaro City is adjacent to the future Lagos international airport and close to the regions largest deep-sea port and major Nigerian and international companies. Developed by Rendeavour, in partnership with the Lagos State Government, as a joint venture that boosts foreign direct investment in Nigeria and will create tens of thousands of jobs. Rendeavour is Africas largest new city developer. 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Advisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate

Responsiblities

  • Develop and implement a sales plan that achieves sales targets, aligns with company strategic objectives, and enables taking corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with transactions team on weekly tracking, analysis, and reporting of sales targets and figures.
  • Ensure consistent and effective use of CRM (Salesforce) by all team members through tracking data input quality and quantity.
  • Proactively manage, analyze, interpret, and report CRM data to optimize lead generation, pipelines/opportunities, and revenue forecasting.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members to drive optimal performance.
  • Set and oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual sales targets for team, aligned with Roadmaps and KPIs.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives, monitor progress, and ensure targets and standards are met.
  • Deliver sales training sessions to improve team sales techniques.
  • Oversee client documentation preparation and approval with Transactions team, including offer letters and agreements.
  • Resolve any customer issues and complaints, providing post-sales support.
  • Develop and deliver customized pitches for identified opportunities.
  • Generate, convert, and close local and international sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term strategic relationships with agents.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of all real estate market aspects including intelligence, competitors, trends and conditions.
  • Represent Alaro City at conferences, seminars, trade shows to source leads and gather industry information.
  • Work with marketing team to implement marketing strategy supporting sales.
  • Perform any other assigned sales duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • At least 7 - 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial sales or liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters;
  • Wide and strong network in Nigerian and international business circles
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business studies from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
