Job Title: Project Manager - Expatriate

Job Summary
- As our Project Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, executing and overseeing construction projects related to roads and bridges.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scope, budget, schedule and resource allocation and create project timelines, milestones, deliverables for each project.
- Possess specialized knowledge in road and bridge construction, including construction methods, materials and relevant regulations and oversee the construction of roads, bridges and related infrastructure projects.
- Ensure all roadworks and bridge construction adheres to design specifications and meets industry standards and safety regulations and implement quality control processes and inspection
- Monitor project costs and expenditures, controlling financial performance and address cost overruns and implement cost-saving measures
Requirements
- BSc in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- MBA/M.Sc. is an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years project Manager in roadworks and bridge construction projects with at least 5 years in senior management role.
- In-depth knowledge of road and bridge construction techniques, materials and best practices.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an added advantage.
