Requirements

• Must be a graduate and have at least 10 years in The Hospitality Industry, 5 years of this in a Management role in a Hotel.
• Must be a visionary, innovative and creative
• Must be Customer Service oriented
• Must have effective Marketing skills and be able to develop strategies
• Must be Computer literate and ensure all booking details and transactions are handled carefully .
• Must have initiative and good problem solving skills
• Must be effective at managing budgets and financial information
• Must ensure consistent maintenance of all the apartments
• Must ensure stellar guest experience at all times.
