We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Iju-Ishaga / Ifako-Ijaiye - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all salespeople including, sales attendants/assistants/shelf packers, merchandizers, promoters and other employees when required.
• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
• Raising of orders to avoid stock out and promote products availability in line with the consumer need.
• Ensure and monitor proper display and merchandizing of products as well as the general appearance of the store.
• Ensure compliance of the sales staffs in the area of stock movements and departmental transfers.
• Maintenance of the store hygiene to promote excellent ambience.
• Record keeping of expenditure, sales figures, and sales employee performance.
• Identifying fast selling lines so as to develop campaigns to promote their sales
• Forecasting peak periods and also coordinating the sales team during promotions
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
• Motivating employees to achieve targets.
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
• Perform other task as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 5-10 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / Month.
