Overview
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technicians install, maintain and repair indoor air quality systems, such as air conditioners.
- This may include performing warranty services and emergency repairs. This may also include assisting with customers' queries.
Job Description
- Monitoring day to day activities of the Service Team
- Manage the department so that complaints OR routine services are done as per schedule & requirements.
- Meeting existing & new clients to get new service business.
- Maintaining records of service activities & billing. Also getting payments collected in time.
- Maintenance of tools and keeping proper records.
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees
- Over 10 years of proven work experience as an HVAC Technician or supervisor
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
