Job Title: Social Media Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Position Overview

• As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms.
• You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, interact with followers, and help promote our brand and products/services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
• Engage with our followers and cultivate a positive online community around our brand.
• Assist with the development and implementation of social media campaigns and strategies.
• Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred but not required.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for staying organized.
