Job Description
- Provide support to clients by responding to inquiries and resolution of querries via calls and social media platforms.
- Build and and maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. or it's equivalent in a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Exel, Powerpoint).
- Must reside in Ajah/Sangotedo or its environment.
